  “On Time Service was fantastic! They answered my call on a Sunday and sent Max out right away. He even sent a text with a photo beforehand so I knew who to expect. Max really listened to my concerns about the AC and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained the costs and a service plan – I ended up choosing the VIP plan, and it totally paid for itself with the waived weekend fee and covering the AC tune-up plus a discount on a needed part. I’m usually hesitant to buy service plans, but Max was so genuine and honest, not trying to upsell me, just explaining everything clearly.   Alex LaVictoire from On Time Service Pro was fantastic! He really took the time to address the electrical issues we’d been having since moving in, listening carefully to all of our concerns. Because I have some mobility limitations, it was tricky for me to reach the light fixtures, but Alex quickly diagnosed the problem and got them working perfectly. Seriously, he was a lifesaver!
