Based on my experience, Dan isn’t someone I’d trust. He initially took a significant amount of money from me under misleading circumstances, and despite acknowledging the debt, he’s only repaid a fraction of it after three years. Frankly, I believe he’s been dishonest, and I anticipate further legal action. I strongly advise against doing business with him.

“I cannot recommend this company. My experience was incredibly disappointing and frankly, alarming. It seems they took advantage of homeowners and completely failed to uphold their agreements with the subcontractors. The company ultimately went bankrupt and left a huge amount of unpaid debts with the skilled tradespeople who did excellent work. John Currier’s management was deeply flawed, and the result has been a significant amount of hardship for many subcontractors and homeowners. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against trusting him with any building project.”
