  “I was really impressed with C&C’s service! We had a water leak in our basement and initially suspected our old AC was the problem. A technician from another company confirmed that, and advised replacing our 27-year-old AC unit – which made sense. Because we’d had a good experience with C&C before, we called them for an estimate. They were incredibly responsive and scheduled an appointment for us on the day we needed it. When Gary and his partner arrived, they quickly discovered the leak was actually coming from our hot water heater – something completely unexpected! What was truly remarkable was Gary’s expertise; he was able to install a new water heater while he was already there, and they finished the AC replacement within just an hour of the original estimate. It felt like they went above and beyond to help us out. Honestly, they could have just sent another team, but they didn’t – they just took care of everything.   C & C did a fantastic job replacing our gas valve – Michael L. was a pleasure to have here. He was incredibly friendly, really knowledgeable about the repair, and took great care to explain everything to us. You could tell he genuinely loves his work, which made a big difference.   Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience with C&C so far. David R. did a fantastic job explaining the new furnace and A/C system to us, and he wasn’t pushy at all – we felt completely comfortable with his recommendation. The three technicians who did the installation were incredibly professional, polite, and took great care of our home, cleaning up thoroughly after themselves. It was also really nice to have Jim, one of the owners, stop by to check in on us. We're really pleased with the results of the installation and how smoothly everything went. It’s a little early to give a full rating on the products themselves, but we’re very happy with C&C’s service! report abuse

  “I’m so glad we found C & C! We recently had a new furnace installed by a larger company, but our experience with them was really frustrating – we waited two weeks for a repair and got stuck dealing with an AI. Thankfully, C & C was able to get us scheduled the same day! Noah was fantastic; he was incredibly professional, explained the issue with our AC clearly, and even gave us some helpful advice about potential future problems.   Kelly was a fantastic member of the team – so professional and understanding, which was a huge relief for me given everything I’d been going through with recent hospitalizations. She was incredibly patient and didn’t seem to judge my house’s state, and I really appreciated that. She took care of a couple of tricky issues for me too. She pointed out that my club membership had expired, and she went above and beyond by contacting the billing office and helping me get it reinstated – thankfully it happened during my stay, and I’d blocked my card due to some fraud concerns. Overall, she’s a really competent and pleasant young woman, and she did a great job ensuring everything was running smoothly with the system. Thank you so much, Kelly!
