  Overall, we were really pleased with Tbros’ work – they quickly and efficiently replaced our old hot water heater and fixed several leaks in our condo building. We especially appreciated their responsiveness, like when they helped us troubleshoot a leak over FaceTime and got us back to sleep before anything worse happened. They were really thorough in investigating the leak on the third floor, even though it turned out to be a complicated issue with the building’s old plumbing. We especially appreciated their careful approach, cutting into the stairwell to locate the problem without causing damage to our units. Despite that, we ultimately decided to go with another company after some disagreements with our association. However, we were still impressed with Tbros’ initial efforts and their follow-up contact to check in with us, which felt like they were going the extra mile. We’d still recommend them. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Eddie! I called for a plumbing issue, but it turned out to be an HVAC problem – he quickly diagnosed and fixed it within an hour.   “I was so relieved when the technician came out the next morning – my Burnham Alpine U.S. boiler had completely gone out and the screen was flashing red. They were incredibly professional, answered all my questions thoroughly, and got the problem fixed quickly. They ordered the necessary part, had it delivered, and got my heat back on within two days. The two technicians who came to the house were incredibly professional and took the time to answer all of my questions.
