  Gammon’s Heating and Cooling really took the stress out of replacing our old steam boiler. From the very beginning, Justin was fantastic – he took the time to truly understand our needs and presented us with a few different options without pressuring us to choose anything. Bill, who was our project leader, was also brilliant. You could tell he had a real expertise with steam systems, and his team worked incredibly efficiently and with a huge amount of respect for our home. I especially appreciated that Bill was mentoring the newer installers; it was clear he was passionate about sharing his knowledge. Overall, the whole Gammon’s team was just fantastic – professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled. We wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse

  Overall, my experience with Gammon Fyxify Home Services was really positive, despite a few hiccups during the mini split installation. The team – Dustin, Toni, Keegan, Andrew from All Phase Electric, Brad, and Bob – were all incredibly friendly and professional, and they took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. Mike Chambers was fantastic at keeping the project on track and he was always quick to respond whenever I needed to reach out. I especially appreciated how quickly he handled the rebate check; it arrived just four weeks after the installation was finished. I’m really happy with the unit and how it’s keeping my condo comfortable, and I’m grateful to Gammon Fyxify Home Services for their dedication to my investment! report abuse

  Jack was a really helpful and friendly service tech – he explained everything clearly. Unfortunately, I experienced a few frustrating scheduling issues with my appointments; they were canceled and rescheduled quite a bit. report abuse

  Honestly, our experience with Gammons was incredibly frustrating. They initially just installed a basic exhaust run instead of the complete double exhaust/air return system we’d discussed, and only after we refused to pay more. They repeatedly tried to sell us a service contract without ever actually delivering on their promises, so we ultimately had to go with another company. To add to the problem, when we got a quote for heat pumps, their estimate was a shocking 250% higher than any other vendor, and the financing terms had jumped from 6% to 9% – all buried in the contract. It felt like a complete bait-and-switch, and they offered no real explanation for the inflated prices. We strongly recommend finding another company to handle your installation. report abuse
