  I’m incredibly frustrated with my recent experience. For two weeks, my front door lacked a glass panel due to a persistent issue and a frustratingly unhelpful employee named Veronica. Every time I called, she insisted no one else was available and refused to transfer me to a supervisor, seemingly just to assert her position. Honestly, it’s hard to understand why she’s still employed after 15 years, especially since she hasn’t moved into a management role. This situation has created a serious security concern – with a door without glass, people were able to approach my home. I truly believe Veronica’s poor customer service skills reflect poorly on the entire company, and I hope management will address this and connect me with someone who can actually resolve the problem. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I placed an order for a door back on June 1st and was given eight different delivery dates – none of which were met. The final missed date they assured me it was on the truck the day before! It’s completely unacceptable, and frankly, a huge waste of time. They should have contacted me to explain the delays, and offered a significant discount considering the massive inconvenience they caused. report abuse

  Okay, honestly, this wasn’t a great experience. The staff at the front were a little unsettling – they seemed to be staring, and it took a while to get help when I asked for something. It was really awkward, and I probably won’t be returning. Compared to places like Rew and D&S, the customer service here felt pretty lacking. I just want a quick and easy transaction, but this felt like a last resort. I’d definitely recommend calling ahead and placing a will-call order if you go.” report abuse

  I’m writing to express serious concern about the driving behavior of one of your drivers.
