  “This was my first time visiting the store, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and checked in a few times to see if I needed any help, but they were patient and let me browse at my own pace once I answered their questions. I was actually just looking for some inspiration after recently buying a fixer-upper, and seeing all the options available was really helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience – the store had a great selection of products, and the staff seemed genuinely available and willing to assist if needed.” report abuse

  Overall, Floor & Decor at the Delta Shores location was a fantastic experience – I visited twice and both times received outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, particularly Matt and Noah who went above and beyond to assist me with finding the perfect wood trim. It was clear they really cared about helping me find what I needed. In contrast, my experiences at the Rocklin location were quite different. I felt they could really benefit from learning some of the customer service skills demonstrated by the Delta Shores team. The Rocklin staff could take a page from their example and really embrace a culture of excellent service like the Delta Shores team has. I’d definitely recommend checking out the Delta Shores location – it’s clear they’ve got it right! report abuse

  I really don’t recommend shopping with this company. My experience was incredibly frustrating – they repeatedly misled me about the products they had in stock, with different descriptions on their website and confusing terms like “stickers” for vinyl flooring. They couldn’t fulfill orders they’d promised and the delivery times were incredibly long, sometimes taking up to 90 days. Based on everything I’ve found, it seems like they’re essentially a scam and you’re likely to lose your money. Seriously, explore other options – there are much better places to shop for flooring. report abuse

  “I really needed assistance and unfortunately, I was completely let down. I waited at the front counter for quite a while – about 10 minutes – and no one seemed to be available to help. The employee at the register was just on her phone, and the person in front of me didn’t even attempt to get anyone’s attention. Ultimately, I had to leave without getting the help I needed, and I was very disappointed with the lack of service.” report abuse

  I had a really disappointing experience at this location. While I didn’t need assistance with my shopping, the cashier seemed unsure of what to do when I approached her. She unnecessarily marked me down as needing help and then just ignored me, turning her attention to the other cashiers instead of offering service. When I tried to complete my purchase, she barely acknowledged me and didn’t even bag my items or say thank you. It’s frustrating because I’ve always received excellent customer service at the Rocklin store – this was a significant step down in quality. report abuse

  “Wow, this tile store is incredible! It’s absolutely massive – seriously, it’s like a huge Costco filled with every tile and flooring option you could imagine. I’ve mostly been shopping online, but this place is a completely different experience. They have a convenient pickup area in the back for online orders, and if they don’t have what you need in stock, they’ll even deliver. I’m already planning a trip to Sacramento to spend some serious time browsing – I could easily lose myself there for hours! I was really impressed with the help I received; the designer was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some fantastic suggestions for coordinating our tile choices with our existing design.” report abuse

  Erik at the Delta Shore location was absolutely fantastic! We were so impressed with his service. We initially met him at a Costco gas station – it was a funny start! He was wearing his Floor & Decor shirt, and we quickly confirmed he worked there. We’d been researching flooring for our house for a couple of years, and Erik immediately made us feel welcome. He was incredibly attentive to our specific needs and patiently explained the differences between laminate and vinyl. We even picked out a flooring sample and he helped us get it purchased, going above and beyond by finding another store that had the rest of what we needed – they were just a little short at the time. Erik was always available to answer our questions and keep us updated, making our first experience with the company truly wonderful. report abuse

  “We were completely overwhelmed trying to tackle a full house remodel, including a fireplace, laundry room, and two bathrooms. Thankfully, we met Lisa at the Delta Shores store – she was absolutely fantastic! She was so patient with us as we figured things out and knew everything about the products she recommended.
