  “I had a really frustrating experience with American Plumbing Company. I hired them to install an automatic emergency shut-down valve at my house, and initially they assured me they’d located the main valve and could handle the installation. However, when they returned to do the work, they realized the unit was installed in the wrong spot. They then told me they needed to contact the county to verify my main line’s location, and I was asked to pay a deposit while they waited for a response. It’s been two months with no updates, and they’ve now informed me the county doesn’t have a record. Now they’re saying they’ll have to charge me extra to move the unit, despite the fact they initially misled me about locating the valve. I’m incredibly frustrated that they didn’t correct their initial mistake, and the owner’s only offer of a discount feels like they don't actually want to take responsibility for their plumbers’ errors.” report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with America’s Plumbing Company – it was our first time using their services, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Gerrit was wonderful from the very beginning, taking the time to carefully assess our plumbing issue and providing us with a really fair and detailed quote. The work itself, done by Gerrit and Douglas, was top-notch, and they efficiently fixed everything – the broken flange, angle stop valve, wax ring, and installed our new toilet. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and we really appreciated their professional and organized approach. We’ll absolutely be using America’s Plumbing Company again in the future! report abuse
