I was incredibly frustrated with this company’s actions. They completely blocked off the only access point to our neighborhood without any warning, leaving residents stranded for over 20 minutes. As a result, I received a written warning and lost a full day’s pay. The worst part is they didn’t even inform us beforehand about the construction and offered no way for residents to safely navigate around the work. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and I was left feeling completely helpless.
