  Honestly, I would strongly advise against using Sullivan Fence Co. I had a really negative experience. I had a vinyl fence installed just under a year ago, and it’s been a huge hassle getting them to even address the issues. I’ve been trying to get them to repair it for the last three months, and it’s incredibly difficult to get a response or for them to actually come out and fix it. report abuse

  “I contacted Early last year to get an estimate, but haven’t heard back. I followed up this year by calling both their main line and the estimator’s cell phone, but still haven’t received a return call. I spoke with them again at the home builder show and provided my information, but they haven’t contacted me since. I’m unfortunately going to have to look for another company at this point.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the fence – it’s a great product and the price was fair. The service was also excellent; they were quick to respond and everything was handled promptly. I’d definitely recommend them to others. report abuse

  “Sullivan’s did a really solid job building our fence years ago, so we were happy to go back to them when the wind blew our gate down. However, we’ve been struggling to get a response. We’ve contacted them several times over the past two weeks to schedule a replacement gate, and despite messages being taken, we still haven’t heard back – it’s now been three weeks.” report abuse

  I’m really happy with the new fence – it looks fantastic, and despite the delays caused by the ongoing supply chain problems, the installation was worth the wait. Both teams were incredibly professional and did a wonderful job. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know. report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed with the response I received. I’ve been waiting nearly a week for an estimate for my fence, which is a significant job – over 17 panels are down. My other contractor was able to provide an estimate quickly, but this company seemed completely unresponsive. Given their aspirations to be a top fence company in the Bay Area, I expected a much more prompt and proactive approach. I wouldn’t recommend them if you need something done quickly. report abuse

  Overall, the team did a fantastic job constructing the fence – the work was really solid. However, there were a couple of areas where we could have seen a bit more attention to detail. They didn't take the time to smooth out the splintered edges after cutting the boards for the gates, and there was a fair amount of leftover demolition debris – including some larger pieces of wood and concrete – that needed to be cleaned up. They did return to address this, which was appreciated. I’d definitely hire them again, but it would have been great if they’d taken a little extra time to tidy up and finish those cut edges.” report abuse
