  “I had a really frustrating experience picking up a wood splitter from this rental company. They told me the splitter was in their parking lot, but then informed me they’d made a mistake and I was actually there for a chipper. After I corrected them, they apparently contacted someone who instructed them to refund my money and send it down the street – completely unprofessional. Thankfully, Rental City just around the corner was able to fulfill my original order. To add to the confusion, it seemed like the initial reservation was made by the guy himself, instead of the store manager, which made the whole situation even more disorganized.” report abuse

  “I had a really disappointing experience with Rent Rite. I rented a trailer for just 23 hours, and they charged me for a full two days – it felt completely unreasonable. Plus, their prices were significantly higher than another rental place I looked at. Unfortunately, they didn’t even have a trailer available at the time, which made the whole situation even worse.” report abuse

  “The propane fill station itself was really good – they did a great job. However, I was surprised they didn't offer equipment rentals, and the price they quoted for a rototiller was just a bit too high. Honestly, you can find used rototillers for significantly less, and I’d have been happy to do things the old-fashioned way instead of paying that much.” report abuse

  “I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend renting from this Saginaw location. We rented tables and chairs and were really disappointed. The tables were incredibly worn – the wood was damaged with pieces falling off, and they ripped our tablecloths just trying to put them on. The chairs were also dirty and needed to be wiped down before we could use them. Overall, a very subpar experience.” report abuse
