  I’m really disappointed with the service I received today. I had a new roof installed about ten years ago and was told it came with a 25-year warranty. However, when I called to inquire about it, I was told the warranty only covered the labor for five years and that the roof itself wasn’t actually covered. To top it off, the representative hung up on me while I was trying to get clarification – it was incredibly unprofessional. report abuse
