  “I found the support really helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend the Sundance hot tub itself. I’ve only had it for three years, and unfortunately, everything that could have gone wrong did. Thankfully, it’s still under warranty! The service repair guy was fantastic, though.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience with Beatie. They couldn't resolve a problem with the pool filter I purchased, and unfortunately, they offered no support after the sale. It turned out to be quite cheap equipment that couldn’t be fixed, and they ultimately passed the responsibility onto the manufacturer, refusing to honor the warranty while the product was still covered.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with this seller. They seemed to make returns incredibly difficult and I felt like they were deliberately trying to make it complicated. Plus, getting any help from customer service was impossible – they weren't interested in assisting with my concerns. report abuse
