  Affinity Construction did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our kitchen and two bathrooms. They were incredibly professional and, importantly, stuck to the agreed-upon schedule. Peter was a fantastic project manager – he really went above and beyond to work closely with us, expertly navigating challenges with suppliers and contractors. His team was also outstanding; they were truly a pleasure to have working on our home.   Mike was absolutely fantastic! We were really frustrated when our air conditioner suddenly died, and getting two quotes ended up costing us a lot – around $2900 to replace the condenser. It felt like a huge expense for a relatively new unit. Then Mike came along and completely turned things around. He arrived promptly, was incredibly professional with his equipment, and quickly diagnosed the problem – a badly leaking condenser. He expertly tackled the difficult repair, skillfully fixing the leaks and getting our AC back up and running. Seriously, it was like a magician!   “We absolutely loved working with Affinity! From start to finish, they provided a fantastic experience. They really understood our need to cool our cape-style home during the summer, and thanks to the Mass Save program and their 0% loan, we were able to upgrade to a state-of-the-art heat pump system. Mike was incredibly helpful – he was so knowledgeable about the Mass Save programs and guided us through the whole approval process with ease. He also had a deep understanding of Mitsubishi heat pumps, explaining the low-temperature operation and efficiency in a way that put our minds at ease. The team’s workmanship was outstanding; installing all those units (two outside and six inside) was a big job, but they completed it on time and were incredibly respectful of our home. What really set Affinity apart was the personal touch – working directly with Mike instead of a larger company meant we had a dedicated point of contact who handled everything. They installed three new heat pump systems in my home, including all the ductwork and electrical work, and they did an absolutely fantastic job. What really stood out was Michael’s dedication – he went above and beyond to make sure the placement of everything, from the registers to the thermostats, was exactly where we wanted it, not just the easiest route for installation. He kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, and he was a wealth of knowledge, particularly regarding the MassSave program. After the initial heat pump installation went so smoothly, I hired them back to tackle a bunch of smaller projects, and they continued to deliver the same high level of quality and professionalism.   “We recently had an Affinity Heating & Cooling team come in to install new heat pumps for our home, following a MassSave assessment we’d done when we purchased the property. Our old boiler was nearing the end of its life, and we decided to switch to heat pumps to get the added benefit of air conditioning. Affinity was significantly cheaper than other companies we got quotes from – they even installed two heat pumps instead of one! The installation team was fantastic; they were incredibly fast, punctual, and professional, and the whole job was completed in just two days.   “We were so pleased with our experience working with Michael and Affinity Construction for our mini-split installation. We’d gotten several quotes from local companies, and Michael, who was recommended by another contractor, really stood out. From the very beginning, everyone – Michael himself, and even the electricians he brought in – was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice. They went above and beyond to get the job done on time, and we were especially impressed with their dedication; the electricians even worked late into the evening to ensure everything was perfect. Plus, Michael’s placement of the outdoor units was brilliant and a much better solution than the other suggestions we’d received. Best of all, his bid was significantly lower than the competition, and there were no hidden fees or required add-ons.
