  Adam and his team were fantastic – I finally found a contractor I could really trust after a long, frustrating search that lasted over a year. He provided a really detailed and competitive estimate for my two doors and windows, and I immediately felt comfortable with his professionalism. It’s great to see someone who takes their work seriously! They were able to complete the installation in just under two weeks, which was a huge relief compared to the months I’d been hearing about from other contractors, and the quality of their work is excellent.   “I was absolutely thrilled with the work done in my bathroom! They really brought a 100-year-old space into the 21st century beautifully – the before and after photos really show the difference. It was surprisingly affordable, and the craftsmanship was excellent. I especially appreciated how careful they were of my home while I was away; they took extra measures like taping up all the other doors and covering the floors to protect everything.   “We were incredibly disappointed with our experience. After weeks of anticipation, the arrival for our co-sultan was delayed by at least five hours. When they finally arrived, they simply rang the bell, entered the building, and left before we could even respond. The coordinator essentially accused us of lying and seemed incredibly dismissive of our concerns. Frankly, their behavior was rude and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and interest in the job. It’s concerning to see this level of disregard for potential clients; we seriously question the quality of their work and service.” report abuse
