I’d done a lot of research beforehand, but Rocky was fantastic – he didn’t push anything and was incredibly straightforward about the Marvin Windows and what they could do for my Tudor ranch home. What really set him apart was his focus on quality and his crew. They’d been with Active One for years, and I was so impressed with their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. Stephan, in particular, has a real eye for design, and the results were amazing. I ended up adding new doors too, and Rocky helped me find options that matched the Marvin Windows perfectly. He even suggested I consider replacing my old tub, and his crew did a stunning job installing a walk-in ceramic tile shower that completely exceeded my expectations.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Active One installing our new Marvin Infinity and Elevate windows. From the very start, Rocky Bond was a huge asset – he took the time to truly understand our needs, patiently walked us through all the options, and never pressured us into anything. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us make informed decisions about the best windows for our home. The price was fair and within our budget, and despite a delay caused by the pandemic, Rocky and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get everything completed. They were incredibly professional, keeping us constantly updated on the progress and coordinating seamlessly with us to accommodate some unforeseen issues. The installation itself was outstanding. The team – Rodney, Andrew, and the whole crew – were fantastic. They worked diligently, even in the freezing February weather, and were incredibly respectful of our home. Last year, my wife and I were completely renovating our older colonial home, and we worked with so many different contractors – everything from roofing to a full kitchen remodel, even foundation work. But Rocky and his team, specifically Rodney and Andy, stood out above everyone else. From the very first conversation, Rocky was incredibly approachable and easy to work with.   “I have to say, the wait was pretty long due to the Covid delays, but it was absolutely worth it. I’ve had them do work for me twice now – once a while back when they tackled a door and window replacement, plus some flooring repairs, and then more recently they completely renovated my master bathroom. Joe and Stefan are just fantastic; their workmanship is truly impeccable. They really transformed my master bath – it’s like they performed magic!   “I was really disappointed with this company’s work. They replaced glass in an existing frame, but just four years later, it started leaking. When I contacted them, they claimed the warranty didn’t cover it, leaving me to deal with the extensive damage they caused. The leak actually came from a poorly sealed lower seam in the frame, which led to water damage affecting my drywall, insulation, and even the tile foundation around my fireplace. Frankly, it seemed like they were responsible for the problem and weren’t willing to take any responsibility for the resulting damage.” report abuse
