  Teddy Rice really appreciated the employee’s expertise and patience. He took the time to thoroughly explain the mini splits and AC unit, and even offered helpful information about replacing the whole AC system.   I was really impressed with Kearney’s customer service initially, and gave them a 5-star review based on that alone. However, my experience after my air conditioner caught fire was unfortunately very different. They were fantastic at first, handling the electrical work related to the fire. But when they realized they were missing the parts to finish the job, they suggested postponing it until the new AC unit was installed. I ultimately decided to go with another company, but they insisted I pay a separate, full fee to return and complete the electrical repair – the very component that had actually started the fire. Given that my insurance company and other repair firms advised me I’d overpaid for the initial electrical work, and that I wasn’t fully compensated, it felt completely unreasonable. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Kearney – there are definitely better HVAC companies in this area. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with the heat pump and air system Kearney installed at my house a couple of years ago, along with the ERV. The system has performed flawlessly, and they just completed their second annual inspection – everything looks fantastic. I’ve been consistently impressed with the team; they’re all incredibly professional, really knowledgeable, and do a top-notch job. John always gets back to me quickly if I have any questions, and the whole office staff is just wonderful. I’m seriously considering using them for another project, so I wholeheartedly recommend Kearney. report abuse

  Overall, the relocation and replacement of the AC condensers by Kearney was fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, and they completed the work exactly on time and within budget. To top it off, they even included a year of complimentary maintenance – a really nice bonus! report abuse

  Ralph was really pleased with the service Zack provided – both for the AC and the furnace. Zack was incredibly courteous, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with the furnace, cleaning it more thoroughly than other technicians we’ve used and quickly resolved the gurgling issue that had been happening since its installation by Kearney HVAC back in 2022. We really appreciate his expertise and would like to schedule Zack to do our AC service in the spring – ideally in April.
