  Overall, we started off really pleased with the company, especially with the beautiful liner they installed. However, things quickly went downhill. When we requested a deck renovation, we were essentially brushed aside because they said our job was too small – which we understood, but the lack of communication was completely unacceptable. We sent an email with some questions and never received a reply. It seemed like the simplest thing – directing us to the concrete company – was beyond them, and they even contradicted themselves by saying we missed the deadline. Then, we tried to get information about the fence company, but the contact person just disappeared without a word. It felt like they were stringing us along and then simply ghosting us. Honestly, we wouldn’t recommend going back there. report abuse

  “When we moved to Hampton last year, we were so excited to finally open our pool for the first time. Unfortunately, the previous owner’s pool service company had left it in a bit of a mess – the filter was leaking, and they weren’t able to return for weeks. Thankfully, we found Wilson Pools. They were really busy with everyone needing their pools serviced that time of year, but they really went above and beyond for us. Knowing that my son has special needs and the pool is a vital part of his physical therapy, we explained our urgent need, and they immediately adjusted their schedule and got it fixed the very next day.   I’m incredibly disturbed and frankly, terrified by what happened. I was waiting at the bus stop and my child almost had a near-fatal accident – someone nearly ran them over. The driver didn’t seem to care; they just dismissed it as an “accident” while actually smiling at my child and even winking! It was a completely unacceptable and deeply unsettling experience. report abuse
