  “I wanted to share a really positive experience I had working with SKG Engineering. I was getting a building permit for a storage unit when the city informed me I needed to plat my property. I went to SKG and spoke with Donna Maddox, who then connected me with Russell Gully and Jack Downey. They thoroughly investigated the situation and, thankfully, determined that a plat wasn’t actually necessary – which would have cost me around $4,000! We were searching for some “as builts” drawings for our wastewater system – originals from 1992 that were missing pages – and it was a surprisingly difficult hunt, considering they were originally done by SK Engineering, now SKG. Thanks to your team’s diligence, you not only located the missing pages from our existing files, but you also unearthed “as builts” from 1990 related to our water improvements – documents our current water and wastewater staff has never even seen! It’s been like hitting the lottery for us. This information will be invaluable as we move forward with our water and wastewater systems.   “I was really disappointed with this company’s service. I provided very clear instructions for the survey, but the surveyors seemed to just rush through and marked our property incorrectly. When I contacted the office to discuss it, I felt like they weren’t taking my concerns seriously. Considering the $800 price tag, I wouldn't recommend using them – there are definitely better options out there.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with Skg’s service. We hired them to design our septic system, and the whole process was incredibly slow and disorganized. They took an unreasonably long time to send us the design, and when we pointed out the missing details, they just brushed it off, promising to send the full design by the end of the week – which, of course, didn’t happen. We only received the final information at 4:49 pm on Friday. Honestly, I’d go with an independent designer instead, and I wouldn’t recommend working with Ethan specifically.” report abuse
