“It’s really frustrating that the initial survey work is now over a month old and there’s been a significant delay in getting revisions back. The latest requests, sent on the 6th, hadn’t even been emailed to the new lenders yet. I think the recent team turnover has contributed to this lack of responsiveness, and we definitely need someone proactively monitoring those emails to ensure things stay on track. This delay is severely impacting our ability to finalize the new loan.”
