They were initially confident they could assess and fix the significant structural issues with my project, but the report they provided was shockingly inadequate – just some measurements with no real explanation of the damage or suggested repairs.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I contacted them to get an inspection on an addition that was clearly not up to code and built before the approved engineering plans were finalized. From the start, things felt very off. I spoke with someone named Frank who promised an inspection of the soil and the addition itself, but the technician who actually arrived wasn’t an engineer – just a soil “expert” who didn’t actually inspect anything, claiming my work order didn’t include it. And to top it off, the first question the technician asked was if I had a payment ready. After two weeks and spending $610, I’ve been completely ignored. I’ve repeatedly tried to get in touch with John Kelly, only to be told repeatedly that it’s “in the system” with no follow-up. Then I received a vague email saying my addition was out of compliance – which was precisely why I hired them in the first place! Now, I can’t even get anyone to respond to my emails or voicemails. It’s been unbelievably unprofessional and frustrating. Honestly, I would urge anyone considering using this company to steer clear – you’re better off saving yourself the trouble and the money.” report abuse
