“I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I hired them to assist with a survey for my loan, and frankly, the service was unacceptable. They didn’t seem to understand the basics – my builder was reporting no flags were being identified, and the representative I spoke with just suggested using a pin finder. It was incredibly dismissive, and after multiple unanswered calls and emails, I felt completely ignored. They only offered a single site visit, and then wouldn’t follow up. Avoid this company if you can.”

“We used this company for a survey on the lot next to our property, recommended by our title company. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating. They weren’t transparent about their visits and never notified us when they were on-site. We ended up receiving a paper copy of the survey and paid through the title company, but the survey itself was incomplete – there were no pins marked. We even hired someone with a metal detector to try and find them. Despite calling repeatedly over the last six weeks, I’ve just received the same empty promises of a callback, and no one has ever followed through. I gave them a final deadline of this week to get the pins in place, and they completely failed to deliver, nor did they even call to let me know. I was left with the impression they have terrible customer service and simply don’t keep their commitments. I’ve reported the issue to our title company, and I sincerely hope they’ll reconsider recommending this company in the future.”

Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. David, the owner, repeatedly delayed sending my surveys for over two months, and despite repeated promises yesterday, I still haven’t received them. It’s unbelievable how someone could operate like this. Furthermore, he consistently uses a third-party contact, Amanda, to avoid direct communication, which made resolving issues extremely difficult. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company – it’s been the worst experience I’ve had in my real estate career.
-
“I wouldn’t recommend this company. The owners seem unprepared for the demands of this business, particularly given the high level of accuracy required.”
-
“Honestly, $495 for a CAD document related to a survey I’ve already paid for feels incredibly steep – it’s essentially highway robbery.”
-
“Honestly, I’m so glad I didn’t proceed with this – it would have been a waste of both time and money.”
-
This performance was unfortunately marked by a lack of professionalism and respect, displaying a rude demeanor.
