  Overall, we were really pleased with the Magnetite window inserts. They were installed in our 1947 home, and we’ve already noticed a significant difference in the noise levels – a huge benefit considering we’re right next to a busy street. We’re still monitoring the impact on our heating and cooling bills, but the immediate reduction in condensation on the windows was fantastic.   “We were so pleased with Guy Chipman Company’s work on our home – they tackled both some exterior repairs and a fantastic kitchen remodel.   “We’re renovating a beautiful 1912 home in McAllen, and it’s been a real challenge finding the right materials – there aren't many homes like it left around here. We needed a lot of long leaf pine flooring, and after a lot of searching, we connected with Mr. Wood Chipman through the internet. He didn’t have the amount we needed, but he went above and beyond to locate it for us, staying in constant contact throughout the entire process.
