  “We’re incredibly frustrated. We requested several items be removed from the survey and were assured we’d receive the updated version by June 28th. Now it’s July 2nd, and we’re still being given shifting dates. Most concerningly, the changes haven’t been made, and this has seriously impacted our closing timeline.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this experience. The surveyor insisted on placing the boundary marker along the curve of the property line, which seemed like basic common sense. When I pointed this out, the surveyor, Cesar, claimed I wasn’t specific and refused to address the issue, ultimately opting to simply refund me a small portion of the $715 I’d paid. They had already completed the initial survey, and all that was needed was to locate a missing marker. Despite this, they charged me the full amount to find and set the Pol. It felt incredibly unprofessional and I would strongly advise against hiring them.” report abuse
