  Honestly, the platting process was a real headache, but I’m so glad we ended up working with Henry Elizondo and Associates. It’s clear that navigating these city and county regulations takes a *long* time – you really have to understand that going in. There’s a lot of paperwork and approvals involved, and it’s easy to get frustrated when things seem to be moving slowly. I spoke to a few different engineers before choosing Henry, and their initial timelines were pretty daunting. As an American, I value efficiency, and this process definitely wasn't it! However, once Henry got involved, things shifted. It became clear that he wasn't controlling the timelines – the city and county were the key factors. What really stood out was Henry’s honesty and integrity. He unexpectedly had to pay a significant city fee upfront, which he handled completely transparently, absorbing the cost himself and reassuring me that it would be corrected for the next client. That kind of dedication and willingness to go above and beyond is incredibly rare, and I wholeheartedly recommend Henry Elizondo and Associates – he truly deserves the highest praise. report abuse
