  “I hired this business to survey my property, and unfortunately, the experience was very frustrating. After discussing the project and paying an upfront fee, I waited about two weeks for them to schedule an appointment. They didn’t even bother to contact me or my husband to let them know where the survey markers would be placed. It then took another three or four weeks to get an update, and I had to go into the office myself to find out the survey was complete but they still hadn’t contacted me. When I followed up about the uncovered holes, they again failed to call. Now the holes are filled, and I’m completely lost as to the property line – it’s really poor customer service and left me feeling like I wasn't valued as a client.” report abuse
