  “I hired this business to survey my property, and unfortunately, the experience was really frustrating. After an initial visit and a payment upfront, it took nearly three weeks for them to actually come out and do the work. What really concerned me was the lack of communication – I specifically asked for a call to let my husband know where the survey markers were placed, but I never received one. Even after they finished the map, I had to go back to check on the progress and again, I requested a call, which didn’t happen. Now the holes have been filled, and I’m completely back to square one, with no idea of my property line. The poor communication and lack of follow-up were very disappointing.” report abuse
