  This has been an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful experience. The NDD developers next door have repeatedly broken promises and disregarded my property rights. Despite numerous assurances, they’ve failed to complete essential work – specifically, the retaining wall and fence – that was promised months ago. They took action without notice, removing the wall in September 2017 without consulting me, and then continued to operate with a complete lack of regard for my concerns. Their behavior has been appalling, including operating a massive crane dangerously close to my building and garden, and then attempting to manipulate the situation by misrepresenting their intentions. They’ve consistently refused to communicate effectively, dismissing my questions and concerns, and even made threats about altering my landscaping. It’s unbelievable that they’ve essentially ignored my property ownership, treating me with blatant disrespect and refusing to honor their commitments. Adding to the problem is their construction of an entirely inappropriate, oversized addition to the Historic Truax house, completely out of character with the original property. It's clear they've been deliberately obstructive and have shown a profound lack of professionalism and, frankly, respect. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with the service I received. They initially told me there were limited units available, but then I was left completely on my own. Despite having numerous phone numbers listed, I couldn’t get anyone to answer or return my calls. It felt like they weren’t interested in helping, and I worry about how difficult it would be to get support if anything were to go wrong with the units.” report abuse

  “The designs themselves were really impressive. However, it was incredibly frustrating that once the work was finished, we couldn’t get any support or assistance – they were impossible to reach for warranty issues and didn’t return our calls at all.
