“I was really disappointed with my experience. The staff I spoke with on the phone were incredibly rude and seemed completely unfamiliar with the company’s products or services. It felt like they were talking down to me, and frankly, they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I’d definitely recommend sticking with a more established company – this one just doesn’t seem to have the experience or knowledge to back it up.”
