He really took the time to walk us through the entire process from the beginning, and he was great at addressing any unexpected challenges that popped up during the build.   Zachariah did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our bathroom. He was incredibly professional, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and you could tell he really takes pride in his work. It was so reassuring to have someone we could trust and who consistently showed up on time. He was also just a really friendly and easy person to work with. While the timeline and final cost were slightly higher than initially estimated, it was only by a small amount, which we appreciated. He was incredibly professional – always confirming appointments and arriving on time – and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for us to understand. He really listened to our needs and presented us with different options, always prioritizing the least intrusive and most cost-effective solutions. Beyond his expertise, Zachariah is just a genuinely nice guy, and that made the whole process so much smoother. The team worked on our house for about a week, and the quality of their work was fantastic. Zachariah kept us informed every step of the way, even helping us resolve an issue with SDG&E. We ended up doing some painting ourselves, and he gave us clear guidance.
