  “We couldn’t be happier with the work L. Watson Design & Co. did for us. Our house has a pretty steep yard, and we were constantly battling mud and debris flowing down to our neighbors’ patio. Leigh came up with a fantastic solution – using native plants and terracing with proper drainage. Not only was the price really good, but Leigh and her team were incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. They were also super responsive and careful to keep things as unobtrusive as possible during the whole process. It was a big job, but they clearly had a great understanding of what they were doing, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the beautiful result.   “Leigh and her team were absolutely fantastic to work with – from the initial consultation all the way through to the finished project. My father-in-law hired them to completely transform his La Jolla backyard, and we were so impressed we decided to use them for our own landscape design and build. They really exceeded our expectations, staying within budget while delivering a stunning backyard that’s now the envy of the whole street. They even tackled a cleanup of our rental property’s yard, replacing plants and mulching – it looked incredible and was done in just one day!   “Leigh, I’m really disappointed. I hired you to provide support for a small business and, frankly, the ongoing issues with your work are concerning. I’ve paid you upfront, as you can see in the photos, but the projects consistently fall apart and require constant rework. There’s clearly a need for additional training for your team.” report abuse
