  I’m really concerned about my experience with this service. While the staff were initially friendly, I’ve had two separate incidents of theft while they were handling my valuables. I left my apartment for a quick trip and when I returned within just five minutes, my wallet was gone, and the day before, a neighbor’s Amazon packages also disappeared. I brought this to the office’s attention, emphasizing how important it was to get everything back, and they asked that everyone turn in anything found, no questions asked. Sadly, my wallet was later discovered thrown near the office, with all the cash missing, but thankfully my cards were recovered. It’s incredibly strange that these incidents started happening only after these particular individuals began working here. report abuse
