“I can’t recommend Ransom Hardwood Flooring. Our experience was absolutely terrible, and we strongly advise anyone considering them to steer clear. We hired them to replace just three discolored planks, but the job quickly spiraled out of control. They not only damaged our entire floor, requiring a full restain, but the installer, Carlos, completely disappeared after promising to oversee the sanding. Instead, inexperienced workers left deep, unsightly black scratches and large gaps in the wood. We tried repeatedly to get someone to address the issues, but after four months of unanswered calls and texts, Carlos simply stopped responding. Even when we finally spoke with the manager, Jason, he was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. He refused to help us connect with anyone else in the company. It was a complete nightmare – no one took responsibility, and we ended up losing money and a significant amount of time. Honestly, we wouldn’t trust them in our own homes. Don’t risk it!”

I was incredibly disappointed with the work RH Flooring did on my townhome’s laminate floors. From the start, the floors were riddled with cracking and squeaking, and despite a return visit just before the one-year warranty expired, the issues persisted. To add to the frustration, they left large gaps in the flooring, completely failing to properly install it. When I contacted them about the problems, they ignored my calls – it felt like they just wanted to get paid and disappear. Honestly, I was left with no choice but to deal with the mess because I initially used a builder who chose this company. I would strongly advise against using RH Flooring.
