  Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly disappointing. I reached out for a quote and some ideas for my project, and the customer service was completely lacking. When I explained my budget of around $1000, the representative, Carlos, dismissed my request with a frankly rude comment – he said he wouldn’t even take on a job for that amount. He even suggested we go with someone from Home Depot! It became clear very quickly that he wasn’t interested in helping us out, and it felt like the whole conversation was just about maximizing profit. He only offered to send someone to measure if the project would cost $2500 or more. I wouldn’t recommend using this company. report abuse

  “Carlos and his team are truly exceptional professionals – you can tell they’re genuinely passionate about their work. Honestly, I was a little surprised by the concerns raised about them. It’s standard practice within the glass and related trades – contractors, glaziers, electricians, stone restoration teams – for a team like theirs to factor in around $1000 a day for things like mobilization, materials, insurance, and all the associated overhead. Experienced glass professionals understand the risks involved, and they wouldn’t take on a job where they couldn’t deliver quality work and proper support. They clearly value their expertise and wouldn't compromise on a job that doesn’t reflect that. When someone is upfront about their skills, it’s usually a sign of genuine expertise, and ultimately, choosing a team that prioritizes quality and customer service is going to save you money and headaches in the long run.” report abuse
