  Honestly, my experience with this company was really disappointing. I reached out for a quote and some ideas for a project, but the customer service was completely lacking. I spoke with Carlos, and he seemed more concerned with the price – he actually dismissed my budget of around $1000 with the comment “I wouldn’t get out of bed for that!”. When I asked for recommendations, he suggested someone from Home Depot! It became clear very quickly that he wasn't invested in helping us, and it felt entirely focused on making a sale. They wouldn’t even send someone out to measure unless the project was going to cost $2500 or more. I usually support local businesses, but this was a completely different experience. report abuse
