  “I had a really positive experience working with Claudia. After our initial consultation, I was confident in her approach and signed a contract with a deposit to cover design and furniture procurement within my budget. She presented some fantastic 3D design options, and I really appreciated her creativity. Unfortunately, some unexpected changes impacted my budget, and I decided to incorporate some of my existing furniture pieces into the design. It quickly became clear that I wouldn’t be able to fully utilize her services as originally planned. However, I was incredibly impressed when Claudia proactively offered to waive the remaining balance – it was a truly refreshing display of her ethical standards.
