Honestly, our experience with replacing our kitchen countertops and sink was incredibly frustrating. It’s shocking how a company of their size could treat their customers so poorly. They essentially left us with an incomplete job – they installed the counters but couldn't even figure out how to properly close the electrical switches. We had to hire a handyman to finish the work. It really highlighted a severe lack of planning and expertise, and we felt completely abandoned once the project started going wrong. Considering the cost, we expected a much more professional and reliable service. I would strongly advise anyone considering a project with this company to think very carefully before proceeding.

Overall, the design center itself is beautiful and really well-presented. However, the experience was a bit disappointing. You absolutely need to make an appointment to speak with a designer, and unfortunately, the staff seemed quite preoccupied while we were browsing. Most of them just walked right past us, even though we were clearly there to look around. While it’s nice to be able to see the tile and appliance options, the selection felt limited, and honestly, you might find a better range of choices – and a more helpful experience – at a regular home depot.

The showroom was really impressive – beautifully presented and offered a fantastic range of Home Depot products and appliances, with lots of different displays to see them all.

“I wish I’d listened to the early reviews – 25% of the feedback here is a one-star experience, and frankly, it’s completely justified. We had a truly awful experience buying appliances from this Home Depot location. We ordered three appliances, including a costly built-in fridge, and were promised a measurement team would contact us within a week. Two weeks went by with no contact, and we had to repeatedly call to get them to even look at our measurements. Even after confirming the measurements, we heard nothing until we were constantly chasing them down for updates. We only received one of our appliances after a month of waiting, and then the delivery team showed up to install it, only to realize they were missing the stovetop! It was six months after paying for everything before we finally got any updates, and it felt like we were being strung along. Honestly, save yourself a huge headache and shop somewhere else – this location is a disaster.”

“I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the Home Depot Design Center team. We were really relying on their honesty and reliability, which is why we chose them for our kitchen remodel. Unfortunately, we’ve experienced repeated instances of dishonesty, and it’s added so much stress and heartache to the whole process. It’s particularly worrying for me, especially now that I’m pregnant – I’m concerned about the impact this added stress and uncertainty could have on the baby.”

Amiya was absolutely fantastic! I really appreciated her patience and willingness to answer all of my questions about the design center. She was so knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to find options that worked within my budget – she even found some great promotions. I especially liked that she wasn’t pushy at all and maintained a very professional demeanor. Her design ideas were perfect, and I’ve been looking for someone like her to help me plan my layout. Her help was truly invaluable!

“Wow, what an incredible place! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the huge selection of brands – we hadn’t seen anything like it anywhere else. The staff were fantastic, genuinely passionate about their jobs, and really made us feel welcome. We especially loved the shower head station with the water hitting displays – it was a really clever idea. And the cabinetry was outstanding, it was great to see they still had dish drawers! They even had a built-in pizza oven and some really unique sink options. Honestly, it felt like a dream.”

I’m incredibly frustrated with the entire process of this kitchen remodel. We started in September and still haven’t seen any work actually begin. It’s been a really disappointing experience – they’ve sent out multiple people to measure, and now someone needs to come back to measure the floor. I warned others to avoid the Home Depot design center, and honestly, I wish we’d gone with the contractor we initially spoke with. We’ve constantly had to chase them down and correct their mistakes. To top it off, the cabinets arrived with a problem, and now we’re stuck waiting for a replacement before they can even start the work. I’m extremely let down.

Overall, we were thrilled with the complete bathroom remodel HDDC did for us. From the very beginning, they were so welcoming, and our designer was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. The project manager and the contractors were truly professional and did an outstanding job – the finished bathroom looks absolutely beautiful! They also handled a few unexpected issues that came up during construction really well, so we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I’m incredibly frustrated with the handling of this double oven order. We provided clear delivery instructions and repeatedly contacted Jeff Boetig about the scheduled delivery date, but he consistently ignored our calls. Despite our requests, the department completely disregarded the agreed-upon date. To make matters worse, we received a notification today that the appliance is being delivered *before* the tenant has even moved out, and after numerous attempts to get a clear answer from Mr. Boetig. It’s clear there are serious issues with communication and coordination between the sales team, dispatch, and the design center – it seems like a significant lack of competence within the team. Mr. Boetig’s failure to respond to calls is unacceptable and reflects poorly on both him and the facility.
