Rick and Coffman Land Consulting, Inc. presented themselves as a reliable firm, having worked with several large companies in Johnson Valley. However, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. I hired them in May of 2023, and Rick initially surveyed my property, mistakenly including an additional 5 acres that I don’t own. I immediately brought this to his attention, and while he eventually corrected the survey in July, it’s been over 15 months and I still haven't received the finalized survey map. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, Rick has consistently told me the map was complete but has never actually provided it. Communication has been a serious issue; he now goes straight to voicemail. Frankly, it’s been a complete lack of follow-through, and I’m seriously concerned about the professionalism of Coffman Land Consulting, Inc. I'm now planning to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and investigate the paperwork's status with the San Bernardino County Recorders Office.

Rick was incredibly helpful when I reached out. Despite not being able to fulfill my specific needs, he took the time to patiently answer all of my questions about the project – we ended up talking for almost 20 minutes!
