  Rick and Coffman Land Consulting, Inc. were initially recommended, and I engaged their services in May 2023. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply frustrating. Rick completed a survey on my property, but it incorrectly identified 5 acres instead of the 3 acres I actually own. I immediately brought this to his attention, and he rectified the error with a correct survey in July 2023. However, since then, I’ve been struggling to receive the finalized survey map despite numerous communications. Over the past 15 months, I've repeatedly contacted Rick, requesting the map and information about its official registration. Despite promising to send it, he hasn't followed through, and his communication has been consistently poor, often directing me to voicemail. As of September 2024, I’m seriously concerned about this lack of responsiveness and the ongoing delay. I’m now considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting the San Bernardino County Recorders Office to confirm the status of the submitted paperwork. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against working with Coffman Land Consulting, Inc. due to their unreliable communication. report abuse
