  “I can’t recommend Sawyer Land Surveying – and specifically Matt – highly enough. I recently needed a property survey for a remodel, and Matt was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was incredibly honest and professional, and he really took the time to explain everything to me. He even suggested that a corner map would likely suffice for my needs, which would have saved me money, but I wanted the full survey. Matt kept me perfectly informed every step of the way, which took about two to three months – from the actual survey to getting it approved and submitted to the county. What was truly amazing was that he discovered an error in the previous year’s survey, allowing me to get the correct lot size as outlined in my deed. It’s all officially documented with the city now, and I’m so grateful for his expertise and thoroughness.” report abuse

  “Ryan and his team from All Star Seamless Rain Gutter Systems did an absolutely fantastic job on our gutters. They really took the time to thoroughly assess the situation – we had quite a neglected copper system – and they completely revitalized it. They tightened everything up, sealed problem areas, and even fixed the downspouts that were pulling away. The new copper sleeve they installed for the rain chain is a really nice touch. I was especially impressed with their professionalism; Ryan was always responsive and reliable, and he offered helpful recommendations without pushing any unnecessary upgrades.   “I reached out to Matt and he immediately had me fill out a form on his website. After that, he told me he couldn't handle the job because of the terrain, which I found surprising since the property is incredibly accessible.
