They really listened to our needs – we needed to improve drainage after heavy rains, extend our driveway to accommodate electric vehicle charging, and even add a beautiful outdoor pizza oven. From the initial search, we finally found the perfect landscape design team – Veronica, Ashley, and the whole crew were fantastic and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire renovation. Seriously, the CAD renderings were a game-changer; it really helped us nail down our final design, and the investment was absolutely worth it. What really stood out was their dedication – Veronica and the team were there Monday through Friday, and even some Saturdays, ensuring the project stayed on schedule. The build team was also fantastic – so kind, courteous, and they kept the site spotless. They consistently reviewed our plans with Ashley, keeping us fully informed and on track.   “EcoDesign SD was absolutely fantastic – by far the best experience we’ve had with contractors on our home. They completely transformed our front and back yards with a beautiful landscape design, including plants, irrigation, and a gorgeous redwood pergola. Veronica, the business owner, was incredible. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and led us through the entire design process, making sure we were both excited about the final result. The installation crew was equally impressive; Jorge, our foreman, kept us updated every step of the way and offered great suggestions to improve the design. They worked incredibly hard – rain or shine – and were so respectful of our property, even cleaning up every evening. Seriously, their attention to detail was amazing; I've never seen a team so precise! We also appreciated Veronica’s involvement when we needed to make a few changes with the plants – she helped us find some fantastic alternatives when our original choices weren’t available.   “EcoDesignSD completely transformed our yards – we’d been stuck with a pretty drab space for eight years! They turned our front, side, and back yards into beautiful, low-water gardens bursting with color and a huge variety of plants, succulents, and trees. Honestly, we wish we’d done this years ago! The team really took the time to understand what we wanted and then expertly designed and installed stunning outdoor spaces for us. We now have lovely outdoor rooms, like the one where we repurposed our old trampoline area into a gorgeous space with artificial turf, a fountain, chairs, a hanging chair, and an umbrella. They also built a beautiful French door pergola over a fountain in our side yard, replaced our overgrown shrubs with a dry riverbed and low-water plants, and added some fantastic touches like succulent envelopes to our fence. Plus, they completely revamped our irrigation system with drip irrigation, added landscape lighting, and overhead lights – it’s been such a worthwhile investment. We’re so glad we went with EcoDesignSD, and we’ve even used their maintenance service, with Mario being a fantastic and reliable guy.” report abuse

Knowing there were kids in the complex, their responsiveness and professionalism were incredible.
