  “Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend delivering here. Truckers consistently steer clear, and for good reason. The loading and unloading area is a chaotic mess, making it incredibly difficult and dangerous to navigate. The staff also seem to have terrible customer service, and communication is a nightmare – they rarely answer calls or return messages, which really adds to the stress of the delivery.” report abuse

  “I really wasn’t happy with my experience here. I brought my pump in for service and was initially quoted an extra $300 on top of a hefty deposit. Then, to add insult to injury, they tried to charge another $300 just to store it – a fairly large pump, I might add. Honestly, I think all that money is going straight into the owner’s pocket, and it’s just incredibly frustrating for contractors like myself who are already dealing with rising costs. These extra charges feel completely unnecessary and petty. I strongly advise against bringing your pump here for service. You’re better off troubleshooting the issue yourself or taking it to a specialist shop that deals with spray pumps.” report abuse

  “Overall, my experience here was a bit frustrating. They offered a portable toilet for drivers, but it wasn’t a particularly clean facility. A staff member mentioned they don’t want drivers using the regular restrooms, which felt a little strange. They were very insistent on discouraging smoking – even though there weren’t any obvious signs – and made it clear that drivers shouldn’t smoke, even in their own trucks. I arrived at 2:31 pm and was instructed I’d unload in the morning, likely after 7:00 or 8:00 am. However, after waiting for about an hour and a half, they suddenly changed their minds and said they wouldn’t unload me until the following morning.
