  We absolutely love the stunning kitchen and family room remodel Sergei and his team did for us at Sunset Cliffs! The house really needed a refresh, and their design completely transformed the space – it’s fantastic how they opened up the whole area and seamlessly connected it with our backyard. We’re so pleased with the results and will definitely be reaching out to Kaminskiy again next year for our upstairs master remodel. report abuse

  Honestly, we had a terrible experience with Kaminskiy and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. It started with a series of frustrating issues during our master bath and powder room remodel. From the beginning, the “plumber” we had was completely inexperienced, and we ended up with incorrectly installed toilets, damaged fixtures, and a main counter that was installed crookedly, throwing the whole job off. They tried to cover up damage to our floors and even reused old parts after we’d paid for new ones. It was a constant battle to get things right, and it took nearly four months. Eventually, we just couldn't take it anymore and asked them to leave. Shortly after, we discovered several pieces of jewelry were missing from our home – and we found that Kaminskiy employees had had unrestricted access to our property. We contacted them about the missing jewelry, but never received a response. We're still finding issues that were initially missed due to the overall chaos of the project, and it was a truly stressful and disappointing experience. report abuse

  “Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the work Kaminskiy delivered. It felt incredibly disorganized, and we had serious concerns about the contractors they were using – they were rarely on-site and didn’t seem to be properly overseeing the subcontractors. Frankly, the way the project was handled raised major red flags about the final outcome. The price we paid for our bathroom remodel was far too high considering the poor quality of the work. It’s clear there were significant issues with oversight and quality control, and it’s concerning to hear that even former employees have expressed dissatisfaction with the company.” report abuse

They really maximized the space, which was fantastic, and the construction crew was fantastic – especially handling the HOA approvals and sticking to the agreed-upon timeline.
