They were so organized and professional throughout the entire process, and the finished bathrooms look absolutely incredible!   “I hired Creative to do three patio replacements and a pergola, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. While the pergola they sourced was done well, the patios were a complete disaster. They used the wrong color concrete and then attempted a patch job with an overlay that was never properly sealed. Now, after just a year, the patio is cracked, bubbling, and faded – clearly showing the damage from the sun. The owner visited the site and dismissed the issues as ‘not that bad,’ and shockingly, refused to honor the warranty. He even accused me of failing to raise concerns earlier, despite contacting him immediately when the problems began. I’m now left with three ruined patios and the difficult choice of paying a lawyer to pursue a solution or simply living with the consequences of their negligence.” report abuse

From the very beginning, with Tony Ouzo guiding us, the whole team was incredibly professional and talented. Esmeralda, Angel, and Manny – everyone really stepped up to create a kitchen that’s both beautiful and perfectly functional, with those amazing custom cabinets and modern finishes. The bathrooms were just as impressive, each one completely transformed with so much care and attention to detail.   “Overall, we were really pleased with the work Eden and her team did renovating our condo, which was originally built in 1973. Eden was fantastic – incredibly professional and took the time to really understand our vision and answer all of our questions. The whole team was respectful and knowledgeable, and they even offered some great suggestions for updating our bathrooms. My wife was particularly thrilled with the finished result – the textured walls and painted finish, the new porcelain tile flooring, and the beautiful vanities they installed. She even accompanied us to different stores to help us choose the perfect tiles, fixtures, and colors, and she connected us with Tony and Mambo at M A Custom Tile, who did absolutely incredible work.   “I can’t recommend Adam and his team highly enough! From the very beginning, Adam did a fantastic job explaining the entire bathroom remodel process and really helped us solidify our ideas. What really stood out was his communication – he kept us completely in the loop, which was incredibly reassuring for our first remodel project. They even had to deal with some unexpected plumbing issues that arose after the initial demo, which were caused by the previous owner. But Adam and his team were brilliant and creative in figuring it out, and they only added a week to the project timeline. Remarkably, they finished the whole job in about 5-6 weeks, a full month faster than another quote we got. It was truly an amazing experience, and we’re so grateful!” report abuse
