    “I’ve been a Bay Alarm customer for years, using both a business and residential account. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly frustrating. After closing my home account, they continued to charge my credit card, and despite numerous calls and letters to corporate, I never received a response. When we moved our business, they tried to add on extra installation fees, which prompted us to shop around. Thankfully, the representative recognized we were looking at other options and admitted they owed us a refund for the old residential account. However, even then, the office manager didn’t return my calls, and corporate simply ignored all of my communication. Overall, the communication from Bay Alarm was shockingly poor, and the customer service was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.” report abuse

They initially told me a system update would only require a $50 installation fee, which is completely misleading. As a business owner, I rely on clear and honest communication, and this experience was a huge letdown. They showed no understanding of my situation and refused to reconsider the increase.
