They’ve been absolutely fantastic from the very beginning, consistently going above and beyond to support me and my organization.     “We were a long-time customer of Bay Alarm, using both a business and residential account for years. Unfortunately, after closing our home account, they continued to charge us on our credit card – despite our attempts to stop the payments. We contacted corporate multiple times, both by phone and in writing, but never received any response whatsoever. When we moved our business, they tried to add on an expensive installation fee, which prompted us to look for other options. Thankfully, the rep admitted they owed us a refund for the previous residential account. However, even then, the office manager didn't return our calls and corporate remained completely unresponsive. Overall, the communication from Bay Alarm was incredibly poor, and the customer service was really lacking. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend using their services.” report abuse

    “I’m incredibly disappointed with this provider. I’ve been a customer for years, but recently they significantly increased my monthly bill – a shocking 116%! They initially told me a system update would only require a $50 installation fee, which is completely misleading. As a business owner constantly battling rising costs, I would never have agreed to such a dramatic increase based on a verbal explanation. They offered no understanding or willingness to reverse the change. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson about carefully reviewing contracts. As a long-time customer since the acquisition, Bay Alarm’s customer service is seriously lacking. I just needed some basic technical assistance, and I couldn’t even get through to anyone.
