“I was really impressed with this company – they got me a fantastic deal! Travis Clark was fantastic; he really went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. What was especially amazing was how quickly they were able to replace my roof – within just two weeks, which was unbelievable considering I couldn't even get another company to schedule an appointment for three months. If you're getting a solar quote, I highly recommend asking for Travis – he was great, no pressure at all, and offered some really competitive prices.”

I purchased a solar system from Solar Alliance last September, and the system itself is really impressive. However, my experience was incredibly frustrating due to a significant price increase – I ended up paying $4,600 more than what was initially advertised. More concerning was the completely unresponsive customer service; the sales staff and the owner, Artie Rose, offered no help whatsoever. To add to the problem, I was offered a California Solar Initiative rebate during the purchase, and I completed all the paperwork Solar Alliance provided. Despite waiting four months, I still haven't received my rebate. When I contacted Solar Alliance to inquire, they claimed no knowledge of the rebate. As a final, unacceptable attempt to resolve the issue, the owner offered me $200 if I would remove my negative review. This is completely against Yelp’s terms and demonstrates a serious lack of integrity – I strongly advise against doing business with Solar Alliance.

“I was really impressed with the whole team at Solar Alliance of America. The office staff were fantastic, and our sales rep was incredibly helpful – they really put together a competitive quote for me. I’d definitely recommend them, and I’ve actually passed their information along to several friends.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with Solar Alliance of America. We hired them in October of 2012, and despite repeated attempts to get them to complete the final inspection as promised, they’ve been completely unresponsive. I’ve been constantly contacting them – including calling the 800 number and speaking with Jessica Moran – but no action has been taken. It’s been a frustrating and unproductive experience, and I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to look elsewhere.
-
“It’s incredibly concerning to see a company promoting alternative energy using John Coleman, a well-known climate change denier, as their spokesperson. His public statements, like calling climate change ‘the greatest scam in history’ and expressing outrage at the concept, raise serious questions about the company’s credibility and values.”
-
Overall, I was really pleased with my experience. The customer service was excellent – they consistently delivered on their promises, and the sales and office staff were both friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the company’s offerings. I would definitely recommend them.
-
This company really impressed me – they clearly have a strong understanding of what they do and provided excellent customer service.
-
Seriously, don’t use this company. It’s a complete scam.
