  “I was incredibly impressed with this company – they secured us an amazing deal and Travis Clark truly went the extra mile to ensure we were completely satisfied. What really stood out was how quickly they got my roof replaced; they managed to schedule it within just two weeks, which was fantastic, as other companies were quoting three months! I highly recommend asking for Travis if you’re getting a solar quote – he’s fantastic and didn’t pressure us at all.” report abuse

  I really wanted to love my solar system from Solar Alliance – the system itself is fantastic. However, my experience was incredibly frustrating due to a significant price discrepancy and shockingly poor customer service. I was initially quoted a price that was $4,600 higher than what was actually charged, and the sales staff and the owner, Artie Rose, were completely unresponsive to my concerns. To add to the problem, I was offered a California Solar Initiative rebate and provided with the necessary paperwork. Despite waiting four months, I still haven't received my rebate, and Solar Alliance denies any knowledge of it. Then, the owner offered me $200 in exchange for removing my Yelp review – which is completely unacceptable and violates Yelp's terms. Frankly, the whole situation felt dishonest and I strongly advise anyone considering Solar Alliance to look elsewhere. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with Solar Alliance of America. We commissioned them to install our solar system back in October 2012, and since then, we’ve been repeatedly trying to schedule a final inspection – something they promised would happen. It’s been a frustrating experience because they’re completely unresponsive. We’ve called the 800 number countless times with no answer, and despite speaking with our local representative, Jessica Moran, there’s been no follow-through. Honestly, I would strongly advise anyone considering Solar Alliance of America to look elsewhere; it seems like a seriously dysfunctional company.” report abuse
