It took a couple of weeks, and they encountered some unexpected problems with the walls, but they meticulously explained everything they were doing and followed the best practices every step of the way. The result is fantastic! My balcony, built way back in 1935, looks absolutely brand new and has retained all its beautiful Spanish charm.   Overall, we were really pleased with the work VS Construction did on our deck. They tackled a deck that was in pretty rough shape, and while they did uncover some additional issues that required extra work – which they proactively informed us about – they adjusted the bid fairly and completed the job to a really high standard. The workmanship was fantastic, and we appreciated their clear and open communication throughout the process.   “I was so pleased with the work VS Construction did on my balcony. It was leaking into my garage, and I got quotes from a few different companies. VS Construction’s bid was really good, but what really stood out was Alex – he was incredibly responsive and explained the issue and the solution clearly. The team were fantastic too – really friendly, did a great job, and they took care to clean up after themselves each day.
