  “Ken Coleman did a really thorough inspection of the house, and thankfully, he confirmed my initial suspicion – the settling was primarily in the center, not at the corners. He explained that it was a fairly even settling across the whole length of the house. Because of that, he advised that the cracks in the walls weren’t a serious issue related to the settling, and suggested I just focus on repairing them.
