Honestly, we had a really awful experience with this company. They seemed to be just covering up issues with the pool – there was significant rust in the shell that they didn’t disclose to us, and then they didn’t even properly fix it when they replastered. We ended up having to deal with their bond company and split a $15,000 bill with another unhappy client because of the poor quality of their work. We also found numerous complaints online about them, and we felt completely ignored – unanswered phone calls and left hanging with no support. Within a year, the shell cracked, rust was showing through the plaster, and the plaster was already chipping on the stairs. Our previous plaster job lasted over fifteen years, which highlights just how bad this was. They don’t offer any warranty or support for their work, so you’re completely on your own if anything goes wrong. I strongly advise against using this company.

Six months is a long time to complete a project, and unfortunately, it’s been a significant struggle to work with this company. I truly believe everyone involved deserves a much smoother process.”
