“Honestly, we had a really terrible experience with this company. They seemed to be just covering up problems with the pool – we found significant rust in the shell and they didn’t even let us know when they were re-plastering it, which meant we couldn't get it fixed properly. We ended up having to involve our bond company and splitting a $15,000 bill with another unhappy client. Reading the reviews online on Houzz confirmed our worst fears – it’s a disaster. They were consistently unresponsive, ignoring our phone calls and leaving us completely in the dark. The plaster cracked and chipped within a year, and we could see rust coming through from the steel shell. It’s unbelievable that a job that lasted 15 years previously has now failed so quickly. Worst of all, they don't offer any kind of warranty or support for their work – you’re completely on your own if anything goes wrong. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.”

“I’d highly recommend Padilla – my pool service company actually referred me to them. Honestly, I read a few reviews and decided to mostly ignore them, and I’m so glad I did! They were fantastic. They arrived promptly, gave me a really fair price, and did an amazing job – completed the whole thing in just three days, which completely exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be using their services again.”

“Overall, this was a really frustrating experience. Communication was incredibly poor throughout the entire project – we barely heard from anyone, and it seemed like there was no coordination between the office staff and the people actually doing the work. They didn’t even clean up after themselves, and it took nearly six months to complete the job. Despite the finished product looking good, the whole process has been a significant challenge, and I wouldn't recommend anyone going through something like this.”
