Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the work Prins Pools did remodeling my backyard. I went with Bill specifically because he seemed incredibly professional and promised a seamless, high-quality experience, and he absolutely delivered. Bill was fantastic – really consultative and willing to work with me on some extra additions like the gas fire pit, rear lighting, and the full perimeter drainage system. That drainage system was especially impressive, as it handled the heavy rain we had this spring beautifully. Honestly, I was so busy with work and travel that I really appreciated Bill managing the entire project for me. It took a huge weight off my mind, and I’m so grateful I chose Prins Pools. You can see the results in the attached photos.
