I went with Bill specifically because he was incredibly professional and really focused on delivering a complete, high-quality experience. He was fantastic – really listened to my ideas and was willing to make some changes I requested, including adding a gas fire pit, rear lighting and a full drainage system, which proved incredibly useful during the heavy rains we had this spring. Honestly, with my busy work schedule, I really appreciated Bill managing the whole project from start to finish; it took a huge weight off my mind.
