  “I’ve been a WW customer since 2015, and I’ve been really impressed with their commitment to their warranty. I recently had an issue with my patio screen door, and Art was absolutely fantastic – he quickly resolved the problem by swapping out the rollers and even walked me through how to keep it clean and maintained. I also have another warranty issue currently being looked into, but overall I’m very pleased with the support I’ve received so far.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with Window World overall – Daniel, my sales person, was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, really listened to what I wanted, and thankfully didn’t drag out the sales process. The windows themselves look fantastic and were installed within about six weeks, which was great. However, there were a couple of small things that could be improved. Initially, I just received an email about the installation date, and then a text message confirming it – I never actually spoke to anyone to schedule the appointment. Then I got a call a day later to set it up. Also, my installer wasn't a native English speaker, which made it a little tricky to get all my questions answered. I ended up having to call Daniel, my sales person, to clarify some things. Despite those minor issues, I’d definitely use Window World again and I’ve already recommended them to a family member.” report abuse

  “We decided to replace two windows before listing our house for sale, and specifically requested a single-hung window for the front of the house. While Window World confirmed our request, the installers delivered two slider windows instead. They quickly recognized the mistake and agreed to replace the front window with a single-hung model, promising a rush order with a two-week delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, the new window didn’t arrive for another seven weeks, which significantly delayed our house listing and caused a lot of inconvenience. Despite the delay, the installers themselves were very efficient.” report abuse

  Overall, my experience with this company was disappointing. I recently had a new door and several windows installed, and frankly, the quality was really lacking. The window trim kept melting in the sun, and it took five attempts for the installers to finally understand the need for metal. Then, I bought a more expensive sliding door hoping for a better result, but the trim was still rough and the metal screen had incredibly sharp edges. When I brought it up to the salesperson, his response – “well there was a higher end door” – just wasn’t helpful. Considering I’d already spent $5000, I was really frustrated. I don’t think I’ll be giving them another chance. The only positive was that they were responsive and sent technicians out to address the initial issues, which I really appreciated. report abuse

  I was really pleased with the whole experience with Window World – Will, Marco, and Carlos did a fantastic job installing six windows and two sliding glass doors this morning. From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly. Getting the order placed was simple, the windows were made promptly, and they stuck to their schedule for the measurement and installation perfectly. But what really stood out was their professionalism and care; they were incredibly friendly, took great care of my home, and left everything spotless. The windows and sliders look fantastic – they’re really high quality and operate smoothly. I’d definitely recommend Window World to anyone considering a window replacement. report abuse

Chuck was incredibly helpful when we placed our order and we got exactly what we needed at a price we were happy with. The windows arrived much sooner than we anticipated, and the appointment scheduling was incredibly fast. The installers were amazing – truly professionals, incredibly skilled, and they left the whole area spotless, working non-stop without any breaks.   I’m so pleased with the work Window World did for my entire home back in 2007! It’s amazing how well everything has held up over the years, and I was really impressed with the whole process. From the start, Adriana and Amber in customer service kept me perfectly informed, and Arturo Soria did a fantastic job assessing my needs and ordering the replacements. But the real highlight was Art Galindo – his installation was truly professional and meticulous. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its work like Window World does, and I was completely satisfied with everything, especially since it was all still under warranty and with no additional charges! report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. They installed the wrong windows throughout my house, thankfully they rectified that issue, but they didn’t complete all the necessary repairs as initially discussed. We were quoted one price over the phone, and then later asked for a significantly higher amount even though the full job wasn’t finished. Their behavior was unprofessional, dishonest, and ultimately unreliable. The saleswoman made promises that were simply never kept. I strongly advise you to save your time and money and find a more trustworthy business.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with my experience with Window World. I got quotes from a few different companies, and Window World’s was definitely the best price for my 8 windows and patio door. Jason, the representative I spoke with, did a fantastic job of explaining everything and made me feel really comfortable with their service.
