  Working with the G-Family team, particularly Jon, was fantastic throughout our entire remodel. From the initial discussions about our budget to the final result, everything was handled so professionally. Jon really took the time to understand our needs and the crew completed the work ahead of schedule, which we were absolutely thrilled with. We were also incredibly impressed with how organized they were – Jon consistently followed up with detailed email summaries of every conversation and change to the plans.   Working with the G Family on our full home remodel was truly a fantastic experience. They tackled everything – literally down to the studs – and we were consistently blown away by their professionalism and the incredible quality of their craftsmanship. Jon was a brilliant project manager; he really listened to our needs and brought so many fantastic ideas to the table. The whole team was incredibly organized and communicative, which made a huge difference during such a massive project. They seamlessly coordinated with everyone involved, from the designers to the city planners, so we never felt left in the dark. Honestly, this remodel was surprisingly stress-free thanks to Jon’s leadership, and Zach’s work on our yard was just outstanding.   Jon did a fantastic job fixing the plumbing leak in the addition the G Family built for us a few years back. It turned out to be a faulty pipe from Uponor Propex, which wasn’t their fault at all, and he quickly resolved the issue and repaired all the damage.   “Jon G and G Family did a fantastic job remodeling our home about four years ago, and we’re still thrilled with the results. More recently, the siding unfortunately failed due to a material defect, but they handled it with incredible professionalism. They promptly came back, addressed the issue without any hesitation, and completely redid the siding to match perfectly. It looks amazing! It’s clear they stand behind their work and truly care about the quality of their craftsmanship – it’s a testament to their integrity.   “I can’t say enough good things about G Family – they completely transformed our home! From start to finish, the team was fantastic. They were always punctual, incredibly polite and respectful of our space, and incredibly efficient. You could tell they were truly skilled professionals, and their attention to detail was outstanding. What really stood out was how responsive they were to our feedback and how they seamlessly handled any unexpected problems that came up – especially impressive considering we were working during the COVID-19 pandemic.
