We got quotes from several companies, but PacSolar’s proposal stood out. The other bids felt overly large and focused on marketing, while Eric’s system was perfectly sized for our energy needs. He provided a detailed breakdown of the installation and operation, including realistic production estimates and different rate options. Plus, he used top-of-the-line components, including micro inverters – a huge plus! Eric even coordinated the installation with our new roof, which saved us a ton of hassle. And to top it all off, he installed our electric vehicle charger at no extra charge!   “I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Pac Solar. Honestly, before Eric came on board, I was completely lost with all the technical jargon – kilowatts, inverters, conduit… it was overwhelming. He took the time to explain everything so clearly, and he didn’t just explain it once, he went over it with me again when I had questions. What really set him apart was his attention to detail. Unlike the first company we spoke with, Eric actually went up on the roof to measure the panels perfectly, and he created a detailed layout drawing. He also quickly identified that we needed a subpanel and immediately knew how to handle it. It was a small thing, but it showed a level of expertise we hadn't seen before. The installation itself was incredibly professional – they took such care to protect my gutters and meticulously measured everything. It was a little unsettling to hear drilling, but I felt completely reassured by the triple rain protection they put in place. And the guy who installed the subpanel was fantastic, doing a really neat job running the conduit. But the best part was Eric’s final visit. He walked me through how to monitor my system’s electricity production in real-time, and even gave me a draft tax form to help with my credits.
